If you have participated in an earlier survey please read through the following directions:

To start the Fall 2011 survey you will need to take the token you received via email and add it to your SAI home page to make a link to the Fall 2011 Survey. Please use the User Name and Password you created from an earlier Lloydminster School Division SAI Survey (the Fall of 2007 through the Fall of 2010) and Login to the SAI Online Survey Application.

Taking a new Survey

Start on the SAI Login Page

Enter the User Name and Password you created for an earlier survey

Adding your Fall 2011 Survey Token

The images below are only examples and may or may not correspond exactly with what you will see once logged into the application.

Once logged in you will be on your SAI Home page

Add your Fall 2011 Survey Token in the Add Token Field and click on the Add Token button.

Click on the newly added link to take the Fall 2011 Survey
